Amazon app Problem

The Amazon app is not working properly, while sending money through Amazon pay("scan & pay" option and "send money" option) in my device Techno spark6air. It's showing "update Amazon app".
I cleaned cashe files in Google play store, restarted mobile and reinstalled the app. Nothing change and same problem facing.
In Amazon app setting, the version is 20.04.2.350 in my device (Techno spark6air) and play store also. But in another device the version is 20.16.0.300. some updates are missing.
plz fix the problem as soon as possible.

same problem on tecno spark go 2020. Amazon upi not working. Yahoo Mail app also not supported

This problem is facing all TECNO SPARK 6 AIR MOBILE...WHICH IS 2 GB OF RAM... please rectify

You are going to find various Android versions of apps on peoples phone, it's normal. Android 10 might be different from Android 9.

What you are facing is clearly not from your phone but Amazon. Try downloading your app from various sources or Amazon website

  • Pradnyesh : as mentioned by you downloaded various version of amazon app from different sources but while installing showing error not supported/cannot be installed/install failed.
